Is my smartwatch model compatible with this strap?


You can use a strap that’s designed for Apple Watch (1st generation) or Apple Watch Series 1, 2, and 3 with Apple Watch Series 4, Apple Watch Series 5, Apple Watch SE, Apple Watch Series 6, Apple Watch Series 7, Apple Watch SE (2nd Generation), Apple Watch Series 8, and Apple Watch Series 9 as long as the sizes are compatible. Although Samsung watches come in different shapes and sizes, many of them use the same band width. As long as you have the proper width, you can alternate the bands however you want. Please check out our Sizing Guide for precise information.

When will I receive my order?

*Please allow 2 - 3 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out.

Standard Shipping Delivery Time:
United States, Canada: 3-19 days, AVG: 12 days
Europe: 20-26 days, AVG: 22 days

*Once your order has been processed, you will receive your tracking number. Use your tracking number to see where your parcel is located by going to our Track Order page.

From check-out to delivery, how will it work?

1. After check-out we will send a conformation letter to the e-mail address you used. Please read through this letter and make sure the information is correct (correct address etc). Please check our Shipping Policy in case of any problems.

2. The product will then be transferred from our warehouse to a carrier. To track your order use the tracking number found in the conformation letter and go to our Track Order page.

3. Our carrier will then hand over the order to your local delivery service which will promptly deliver your order to you!

In case of complications can I issue a refund/ exchange?

Yes! If the order you received was damaged or if you are simply not satisfied with your purchase for reasons as listed in our Refund Policy, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange only. Please read through the entire Refund Policy before starting a return.
